How do I choose the right size for swimwear?
We provide detailed size charts for each product category. For performance swimwear, we recommend checking measurements carefully as sizing may differ from regular clothing. When in doubt between sizes, sizing up is often the best choice for comfort in the water.
Are your products suitable for competitive swimming?
Yes! Many of our performance swimwear options are designed for competitive use, offering hydrodynamic benefits and durability for regular pool training. Look for our “competition-ready” tag on product pages.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Shipping & Delivery

Pro Tip: For family vacations, order at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure everyone’s swimwear arrives on time!
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. During checkout, simply enter your address to confirm we can deliver to your location.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two reliable shipping methods:
  1. Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch) with full tracking
  2. Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch) with basic tracking
How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days at our Louisville facility. During peak season (May-August), processing may occasionally take up to 3 business days as we carefully inspect each item.
Will I have to pay customs fees?
International customers may be responsible for customs fees depending on their country’s regulations. These fees are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility. All swimwear is marked as “merchandise” on customs forms.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unworn items with original tags attached. Swim safety equipment must be in original, unopened packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
How do I initiate a return?
Please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization number that must be included with your package.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

How do I reset my password?
