At SwimSupplyCo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your swimwear and aquatic gear purchases. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Please note:
- All returned items must be in original condition with tags attached
- Original packaging should be included when possible
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Rash guards (if the hygiene seal has been removed)
- Swimwear with removed hygiene liners
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Swim safety equipment that has been used
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your return request (see template below)
- Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days
- Package Your Item – Securely pack the item with original packaging and include your order number
- Ship Your Return – Send the package to our return center (address will be provided in approval email)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our facility), we will process your refund or exchange:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Exchanges will be shipped once the returned item is received
Refund Timing
Please allow the following time for your refund to appear:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Exchange Process
For size exchanges or different product requests:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your return request what you’d like to exchange for
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for any customs fees or return shipping costs
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may vary based on exchange rates
