Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Customers outside the United States may be responsible for customs fees.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your SwimSupplyCo purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Rash guards (if the hygiene seal has been removed)
  • Swimwear with removed hygiene liners
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Used swim safety equipment

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your return request (see template below)
  2. Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days
  3. Package Your Item – Securely pack the item with original packaging and include your order number
  4. Ship Your Return – Send the package to our return center (address will be provided in approval email)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

International Returns: Customers outside the United States are responsible for any customs fees or return shipping costs. Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our facility), we will process your refund or exchange:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Exchanges will be shipped once the returned item is received

Refund Timing

Please allow the following time for your refund to appear:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: International refunds will be issued in USD and may vary based on exchange rates.

Exchange Process

For size exchanges or different product requests:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate in your return request what you’d like to exchange for
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items
